The team shall likewise spearhead the sales admin operations with focus on marketing and communications, training, engaging Third Party Service providers, group case underwriting, process mapping, risk and compliance. . Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and analyse business opportunities in both new and existing markets Develop proposals, including feasibility studies for new business opportunities Identify, analyse and compare alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies Identify, research, analyse, make recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures on AIA's profitability Negotiate potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures Conduct appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by potential acquisition targets MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s Degree in any course At least 5 years managerial experience in Financial Strategies, Actuarial / Group Case Underwriting, Marketing, Operations Management, and with at least 1 year experience in Project Management.
