Market Job Description About Wells Fargo Philippines Wells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. We operate in Taguig City, Metro Manila. Department Overview The Customer Data Management (CDM) program directly interacts with the front line at points where we collect customer information providing a centralized capability to strengthen data integrity, improve risk controls, and increase operational efficiency. The CDM team is the key source of validation for customer profile data, partnering closely with Hogan CIS, Data Management & Insights and individual Lines of Business. About the Role The Business Initiatives Consultant 3 role it to strategize, plan, and execute aspects of a large-scale remediation effort. This includes partnering with various stakeholders, creating and maintaining documentation, leading internal routines to discuss and resolve production issues. Job Responsibilities Lead internal routines to discuss production progress, issues, risks and actions associated with multiple work streams Identify various groups throughout the enterprise to address and resolve escalations surfaced through production environment Generate high level reporting formats to facilitate conversations with stakeholders to outline remediation progress, issues, risks and any other insights relevant to long-term strategy Create accurate production forecasts leveraging historical time study and production models Record process gaps and partner with stakeholders to resolve Incorporate stakeholder feedback into processes and procedures Identify and implement process improvements Develop metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives Experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning Market Skills and Certifications Essential Qualifications Candidate must be graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Candidate must have experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas Ability to interact and influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes Experience driving complex and simultaneous initiatives, from initiation through implementation, while effectively driving partners to achieve milestones and targets successfully Experience utilizing data elements and metrics to help strategize and consult around important business decisions Experience assessing the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of policies, procedures and processes Experience confidently and accurately communicating and presenting complex concepts and ideas to Senior Leaders Experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations Candidate must be willing to work night shift MNL time We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other status protected by applicable law.
