Job Description : Primary Responsibilities Operations: * Coordinate the completion of all standard and ad hoc Market Finance requests within the Center agreed upon scope and Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing financial data to deliver busin Job Description : Primary Responsibilities Operations: Coordinate the completion of all standard and ad hoc Market Finance requests within the Center agreed upon scope and Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing financial data to deliver business insights to in-market Commercial Finance colleagues Prepare and validate complex financial analysis for the assigned P&L discipline Support the overall strategic planning process including forecast and operating plan through detailed analysis of key business drivers and the preparation and management of standard templates Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate flow of information for decision-making Ensure SOP's are up to date for all activities within scope Identify and manage continuous process improvement initiatives and drive strategic Regional and Functional initiatives Customer Relationships: Serve as key point of contact for in-market Finance colleagues and select Business Colleagues within the APAC region to field requests and make sure that the business' finance needs are met, risks/issues are resolved, and quality of output is consistently delivered in accordance with service level expectations Maintain a general knowledge of market-specific trends and past performance as well as key drivers Additional Responsibilities: Participate in the development and optimization of Standard Operating Procedures, as well as continuous improvement efforts Prepare written preliminary commentary on reports and analysis Understand and apply knowledge of best practices for financial analysis Technical Skills & Experience Requirements Highly analytical with the ability to derive actionable insights and business recommendations from financial analysis Process-oriented with strong organization and planning skills Ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questions Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word Competency with spreadsheets & financial modeling (comfort with data manipulation and financial systems) Qualifications (i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes) Bachelors required.
