Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process improvement and assist business unit heads in improving existing policies and procedures through analysis, experience and employee input
- Participate in the establishment of methodologies, tools and techniques and spread them within the organization in order to facilitate the development process
- Implement consistent and transparent process across all segments
- Identify gaps at site level, identify opportunities and best practices
- Benchmark against other market practices and bring proposals for raising/ improving the process management practices
- Conduct Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement trainings/workshops
- Perform process documentation audits, as necessary
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 5-10 years experience in process improvement/business excellence
- Six Sigma Trained or Certified would be an advantage
- Knowledge in PCI DSS compliance and/or ISO 27001 and 23001 certification
- Can adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
- Possesses strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Has excellent and effective written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work in Makati
- Amenable to STAY-IN arrangement
