Business Excellence Associate Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
Post graduate or MBA is an advantage
Six Sigma green belt trained
Preferably trained in Six Sigma black belt
Must have at least 2 years industry experience
Must have at least 5 years experience in client and project management
Responsibilities:
Improve project processes on cost, quality and client value
Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives
Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to enhance value to clients
Lead global projects in BE
Work with Service Delivery Leads/Functional Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practice
