Job Description
Responsible for the overall success of Digital Broadband Channel embedding sustainable change in the organization. With respect to Business Readiness, this role ensures projects (or change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage by focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Reviews and provides inputs to overall Change Management Plan of Programs under a Portfolio.
Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Review change management assessments and risk mitigation tactics.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Develop a repository of common risks and streamline mitigation tactics.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Support change management at the organizational level by ensuring business continuity during the change
Advise the program manager on whether the outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of the benefits
Prepare affected business areas for transition to the new way of working. Potentially implementing new business processes
The Process & Business Readiness Lead is responsible in managing change by providing the business with an understanding of the impacts of all change, driven externally or internally, on the business architecture, assigning delivery of change to operational teams and prioritizing across the entire portfolio of change within the business.
