Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Team Lead (US) to help us drive the overall business development efforts of Staff Domain. Ultimately, the goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele. But that does not mean you will be doing this on your own. You will be working with some of the best in the business reporting directing to the CEO, who has a proven track record in high-value B2B sales, you will be mentored and work side by side with him for the first 3 months of your tenure, learning the ropes from the person who founded the company.
You will also be working with the best systems, software, hardware, domestic and international marketing teams, and post-COVID there are opportunities for travel and training aboard to one of our 4 (soon to be 5) International offices.

Requirements
Applicants must have:
-A minimum of 5 years Non-local BPO experience (voice account/s)
-With experience acqui Apply clients
-With minimum of 5 years' leadership experience
-With minimum of 3 years' experience on B2B Outbound sales
-Strong hunter experience with track record in selling offshoring services.
-With strong client-based relationship
-High emotional intelligence and ability to instantly connect and build rapport with various clients.
-Impeccable English diction
-Highly confident, persuasive, and influential
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields
The following experience will be highly regarded:
-Highly collaborative and exhibits strong sales and business acumen
-Strong creative, organization, and critical thinking skills
-HubSpot experience
-Project management experience is a plus
-Data driven: Willing and able to use metrics to refine marketing efforts
-Experience conducting competitive market analyses is a plus
-Knowledge of search operators is a plus
-One or more HubSpot certifications (for example, Email Marketing, Inbound or Inbound Marketing, Inbound Sales, Frictionless Sales, Sales Enablement, or Contextual Marketing) are a plus
-Coachable: Willing recommended techniques and approaches to marketing efforts
-Conscientious: Able to focus on tasks without actively seeking distraction
-Innovative: Actively seeks and recommends improvements to processes or marketing efforts
