BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF
(Animal Technician / Striker)
Job Scope:
Initiate and implement effective Sales and Technical programs set by the management
Ensure increasing Sales growth and conversion in assigned areas
Assist in prospecting of new clients and farms
Provide technical and marketing support to Sales in veterinary services, seminars (hog raising), demand creation and promotional activities
Represent the company in ensuring Integrity of performance of task.
Competency Requirements:
A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Animal Science) or equivalent
With valid driver's license (Professional or Non-Prof)
With own motorcycle, functional odometer
With Sales experience on Animal Feeds
With technical knowledge and skills on Animal Production
Ability to collaborate with sales, technicians, commercial/backyard farm owners
Ability to display stocks in stores and do conversion
