Position Title: Business Development Representative
Salary: Open Salary
Reports To: Client, Client Advisor
Primary Relationship: Client Team
Date: August 2023
Schedule: 11:00PM to 8:00AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Prospect in a smart, strategic, and scrappy way
Qualify leads and crush daily activity metrics
Proactively seek new business opportunities
Understand the real estate market and the various players involved
Make initial contact with potential clients
Purposefully think of new solutions to reach targets
Tee up calls between prospective clients and our Account Executives
Share information about objections, roadblocks, and challenges with our internal teams in search of solutions
Learn and be mentored by successful Account Executives who care about your development
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a business development role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Proven track record of hitting metrics and achieving goals
Experience with CRM software, Salesforce, and Salesloft preferred
Ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts in Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Charismatic and friendly, able to connect easily with people
Results-driven and competitive, but also a team player
Skilled in negotiation, able to talk people into doing something crazy
