Job Description
Objectives of the Role
Working with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop new sales opportunities
Generate qualified leads and convert them into a qualified prospect
Complete daily LinkedIn tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
Outbound phone calls to cold and warm leads
Complete daily social media tasks:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find target clients and send personalized connection requests
- Community engagement: like posts in the news feed, send happy birthday messages, endorse people's skills
- Use LinkedIn direct messaging to send scripted outreach messages and respond to all replies
- Publish a pre-written post/article to the news feed
After the prospect expresses interest, contact them via phone/email to schedule an appointment
Sending calendar reminders for upcoming appointments
Conduct online research to generate and scrub lists of prospects. Populate CRM fields such as the prospect's name, company name, phone number and address
Data entry tasks as required
Complete activity reports for measuring daily tasks and program success
