Role Description:
 
This is a great sales leadership opportunity at a growing company!  We are looking for driven candidates that want to make a career in sales. We're seeking a results-driven BDR Manager to lead, coach, and scale our Business Development team.  In this role, you'll own the top-of-funnel performance, ensuring your team consistently generates qualified leads, executes high-quality outbound programs, and continuously improves.  You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize strategy, processes, and performance.  If you want to be a part of a hard-working, winning team, where people love coming to work to sell outstanding technology and products, this may be the perfect fit for you.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, onboard, train, and develop a high performing BDR team
Conduct regular 1:1's , call reviews, and skill development sessions.
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Own and deliver the team's pipeline quota and meeting goals.
Define and optimize BDR processes and playbook.
Ensure consistent CRM accuracy and discipline.
Work closely with the Software Sales Consultant's to ensure lead quality and smooth handoff.
Align outbound efforts with company objectives and sales forecasts
Motivating the BDR team through recognition, incentives, and transparent communication.
Champion experimentation and creativity in outbound motions.
Minimum Qualifications:·        
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and disciplined with pipeline and time management.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets.
Strong coaching and people-development skills
Deep understanding of outbound strategies, tools, and metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (SalesForce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc...)
2-5 years experience managing a BDR/SDR team
