The Pursuits Enablement CoE supports the onshore teams on a number of opportunities, adding more value during the pursuit process or the bid management cycle. As the Team Leaderfor the GSA Pursuits Hotline team, you will contribute to the development of EY and increase the chance of winning pursuits by advising our partners and the pursuit managers through the Pursuits hotline. The Pursuits Hotline team is a group of specialists with wide knowledge of the pursuit process and materials and are capable of handling pursuit related queries. The team provides the hotline users with the materials and guidance needed for running a successful pursuit process. Your key responsibilities Processing all requests concerning the pursuit process Offering competent advice and assistance to our colleagues by telephone and email Supporting pursuit teams and independently managing individual workstreams within pursuit processes Research activity and analyses Building a network within the EY organization Reporting all requests for the purpose of internal process optimization Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities Champion Markets Activation Team (MAT) best-practice pursuit management tools and processes Solution-oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions quickly, given tight timeframes and fast-paced environment Demonstrate versatility in a constantly evolving environment with a wide variety of social styles Supervision Responsibilities: Work with considerable autonomy while often managing the work of others Provide coaching and mentoring to others serve as a Counsellor to BD Pursuits team members in GDS Support the onboarding and training of new hires in the Pursuit Self-Help team Be a Quality gate and oversee the work of the BD Pursuits team members in GDS Skills and attributes for success 6+ years of experience working in a corporate organization - experience in sales, marketing, business development experience would be preferable Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and listening) with fluency in English and German (B2/C1) Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, proactiveness and experience of working closely with global teams Prior Experience in managing people and ability to lead, coach and influence without authority Excellent project management, coordination and negotiation skills What we look for Ability to build internal and external relationships Ability to clearly articulate the perspective & communicate with stakeholders Demonstrate ability to adapt to new technology Strong team building and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities Solutions-oriented approach Must be well organized and highly motivated to deliver results through a proactive and professional approach Detailed oriented, fast-learner, reliable An ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within organization What we offer EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
