BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IBP recruitment and sales operations
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Branch Supervisors
• Monitor performance and implement growth strategies
• Ensure compliance and quality standards
• Execute marketing and training programs
• Drive revenue and process improvements
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of direct selling experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills
• Must be computer literate
• Able to drive manual transmission vehicles (2, 3, and 4 wheels)
