JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales & Pipeline Management
Building and managing the sales pipeline from end-to-end, including prospecting, lead engagement via email and meetings, negotiations and successful closing of deals.
Scoping potential leads, drafting proposals and generating onboarding documents in accordance with company guidelines and templates.
Managing the cloud-based CRM system and ensuring that all sales data is updated and managed in a timely fashion.
Prepare and present accurate and timely growth, revenue and expense KPI reports and projections and provide written and verbal presentations to senior executives.
Leverage data generated within the Growth Team to identify opportunities across the entire sales cycle and for inclusion in reporting metrics.
Aligning work and covering tasks in line with the Company’s regulations and policies according to the need;
All such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to me from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Business, Accounting, or Finance majors are a plus and not a must.
? With 3-5 years of strong B2B sales experience in BPO, Fintech, Finance and Technology.
? Excellent work ethics with a strong desire for advancement
? Self-motivated personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Proven sales track record.
? Experience with Sales CRM tools
? Familiarity with de?ned Sales and Business Development Techniques and Strategies
? Knows how to handle objections
