Qualifications:
A graduate of 4 years business related course
Experience in B2C or B2B sales for at least 2 years or at least 1 year in Business Development
Should be able to exhibit a certain level of supervision to colleagues (formal designation not necessary)
Above-level interpersonal skills
Comfortable with public speaking
Coming from a related industry such as the motorcycle, direct sales, insurance is a bonus
Willing to travel within the region or area of assignment

Train store supervisor in the recruitment process and oversee the recruitment efforts of the branch
