BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
 
The Business Development Officer is responsible for the drive of business growth in the organization and pursuing opportunities for business growth, expansion, and strategic partnerships. He/ She will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's market presence, ensuring the increase of the revenue within the expected timeline of the year, and having the edge to sustain the business objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends within the medical services industry.
Analyze competitors' activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
Work closely with the management team to devise and implement effective business development strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Foster strong and enduring relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to create personalized proposals and contracts that cater to the unique needs of individual clients.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of business development initiatives.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Act as project coordinator during branch expansion.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2-3 years's experience as Business Development Officer in a medical service or similar to the role.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
