BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
 
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred
Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well
Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with SalesForce a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
Skills of persuasion
Computer skills
Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
Must be available full time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. 
Advise organizations on how to improve efficiency, finances, and various other aspects of business. 
Consult with management to plan and implement solutions or changes based on the needs of a company’s organization.
Devise and document a general system design based on company’s policies and procedure and business objectives
Communicates professionally in all level of organization to gather information needed.
Construct information technology (it) definitions based on identified needs of the organization
Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing, designing policies and procedures along with the technical working group, designing computer programs, and recommending system controls and protocols.
Designs computer applications by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities and writing specifications. 
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Assists in the development of, and migration to, new platforms.
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Performs other related task as may be required by the management.
