Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with an Architectural outsourcing company, based in Makati City, in their search for an Business Development Officer. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.
Job Description:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible of the following:
- In-charge with monitoring, analyzing and improving the company's business through research, interpreting data and making recommendations based on his/her findings
- Generate new leads & create a database of clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing & operations department to convert leads to clients
- Prepare a competitive proposal for the clients
- Set-up meetings with clients to present company portfolio and services
- Utilize different online platforms for leads generation
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and other external partners
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Business Development and Marketing.
- With at least 2-3 years experience in Corporate Sales
- With proven experience in Digital or Online Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Preferably with experience in marketing business solutions or services to clients abroad/international.
- Background and/or knowledge in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry is an advantage.
- Must have well-developed Communication (written and oral) skills.
- Goal-oriented and results driven.
- Highly confident with an excellent client relations skills.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
