Job Description
MicroSourcing is looking for a Business Development Officer for Ortigas site.
About the Client: The company has grown rapidly to become the largest Australian privately owned and operated forklift company.
About the Role:
Engage with B2B customers across multiple different industries, company sizes and management levels
Contacting existing clients to up/cross sell products and services
Contacting provided leads and conducting exploratory calls with new business prospects
Self-sourcing leads and securing new business opportunities
Use product knowledge to qualify potential leads through phone/email screening
Understand the benefits of the product and be able to articulate them clearly to potential clients
Use data entry skills to maximise the database/CRM capabilities
Achieving set sales targets and objectives
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Be a skilled telemarketer / phone sale.
Able to build trust and rapport in short timespan
Be comfortable using online tools including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, forms, Google Sheets and CRM.
Have a tenacious sales background and be prepared to get the job done.
Convincing over the phone in a consultative sales process.
