BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER / assistantForesight Development and Surveying Company

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing Company services.
- Generate presentations/proposals to clients.
- Identify new market opportunities via market search and initiate contact.
- Analyze sales reports, and provide strategies to trim overhead and increase profit.
- Respond to all issues with prompt attention.
- Maintain positive growth in the market area.
- Working with executives to implement Marketing strategies and new opportunities.
- Provide coaching and training to subordinate Business Developers.
- Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience as Business Development Officer or Engineering Consultancy.
- Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data. 
- Ability to effectively research new markets.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Decision-making and leadership skills.
- Advanced time management and organizational skills.
