Job Requirements:
Proven work experience in Marketing and/or Business Development
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, sales and marketing CRMs
With knowledge in profitably scaling traffic via content and distribution channels.
Strong analytical skill, data and results-driven
Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Job Scope:
Develop a growth strategy focused on reaching connections in LinkedIn, Social Media, or Websites and drive qualified traffic
Deploy successful marketing campaigns, conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Targeting the lead close rate to ensure that the number of sales opportunities are converted into customers
Responsible for thinking, conceptualizing and end to end execution of growth hacks with the objective of generating higher revenues (Idea Mapping).
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
Develop and maintain effective organization of responsibility, including efficient recruiting, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns, performance standards, delineation of duties and responsibilities, staffing levels and supervision,
Manage Business Development/Marketing Team, provide effective tools and resources by developing and implementing Quality Assurance (QA) programs fostering continuous improvement and exceeding Service
Level Agreement (SLA) performance
