Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST | 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (PH Time), Monday to Friday

We are actively hiring a Business Development Manager in Cebu to join our growing team. This role is perfect for sales professionals with strong experience in IT staffing, especially those who thrive in a high-performance, results-driven environment.

What You'll Do:
Sell IT staffing solutions (direct hire and contract-to-hire) for both onshore and offshore models
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM/Bullhorn
Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns
Coordinate closely with recruitment for timely client submissions
Stay updated on IT hiring trends and market shifts
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT staffing or related B2B sales
Proven success in new business development and client retention
Solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and staffing needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Bullhorn is a plus)
Willing to work in US hours (night shift, Monday-Friday) and onsite
Experience in staffing IT, Finance, Accounting, or Admin roles is a plus
