BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement growth strategies for loan and financing offerings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients and partners.
Conduct market research to stay informed on banking and financing industry trends and opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Provide product support and meet/exceed sales targets.
Train sales professionals and partners in related industries, e.g. real estate brokers or construction machinery distributors, regarding the company's services.
Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.
Endorse loan applications for approval by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven business development experience in financial services or banking (Minimum 3 years) or in general banking role (5 years).
Strong understanding of loan and financing products and financial markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in managing sales or marketing teams.
Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
Educational background in business, marketing, or finance.
