BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
 
Job Summary:
 
The Business Development Manager develops project feasibility studies after conducting thorough market research using various data-gathering methodologies and collaborating with various stakeholders, and monitors the performance of the project once implemented.   
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops project feasibility studies for all prospective or new businesses as may be required by the Management.
Conducts market research, gathers relevant data and translates these into projected financial statements as part of the Project Feasibility Study.
Collaborates with all stakeholders, external or internal, especially on data gathering in relation to the project under study.
Develops performance metrics for start-ups and seeks approval for implementation.
Challenges existing business norms and re-defines boundaries in formulating strategies implementing the study into start-ups.  
Participates as an advisory member of the business development team, providing information and guidance on the study.
Monitors the performance of the start-up along with other stakeholders, until initial performance metrics are achieved
Regularly updates the Chief Executive Officer on the study and/or project implementation.

Qualification:
Sound experience in market studies, project feasibility studies, including preparation of project financial statements
Degree in Accountancy, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferably with Degree in Master in Business Administration
With established, strong connection and/or relationship with business sector, academe, local government units and agencies, and research institutions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and attention to details
Sound knowledge in Project Management
