Job Description
The Business Development Manager will build and manage client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention. The business development manager will be responsible in developing business solutions for existing clients that will increase revenue and improve profitability.
The Business Development Manager should be able to do the following:
• Contact /Meet with clients individually to discuss their needs and goals in order to determine how best to meet those goals
• Present customized proposals to clients based on their needs and goals
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop new campaigns to meet client needs
• Provide support to clients by answering questions about products or services offered
• Conduct research on potential clients in order to develop targeted marketing campaigns that will appeal to them
• Research industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or services within an existing company's offerings
• Assist in developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Maintain client relationships by providing feedback campaigns
• Build relationships with clients in order to help them achieve their goals
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Business Development Manager will be working with the account managers as well as subject matter experts in developing new opportunities within an existing account
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in, business, marketing or related field
• With at least 3 years experience working with the BPO industry
• Experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Language(s): English
