My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners' business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.
Our client is an AU company that provides training and consultancy. They cater the needs of todays generation for continuous development and eagerness to utilize the best practices and most up-to-date techniques in their professions. Their services are mostly being tapped by big companies which are into different industries, but mostly are into IT.
The role will start as part-time and eventually can become full-time.
Job Role
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Lead Generation
Create winning proposal
Register business in the vendor list
Manage end-to-end accreditation process with potential clients
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events (Online)
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Assist in other Admin work
Handle daily phone calls
Requirements
Very familiar with the Australian market and Australian working culture (important to have)
Great networking skills and ability to build networks (important to have)
Very sociable (important to have)
Clear English accent (important to have)
Excellent communication skills (important to have)
Excellent Business Writing skills (important to have)
Has a background in Lead Generation
An entrepreneurial mindset is a must (important to have)
Needs to tell the CEO what needs to be done (important to have)
Proven experience in sales, marketing or related field
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
