About the role
The Exclusive Networks PH team is looking for Business Development Manager to join us in Manila
Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
Determine key business development KPIs
Work with Product Managers and Channels teams
Do a regular market research
Communicate with end users
Build strong relationships with clients
Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
Negotiate deals
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
Support team members
Business Development Manager requirements and qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem solver
Great communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
