About WalkMe:

About your Role at GuideMe:
Your responsibilities include:
Learn and become highly proficient in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform
Support Head of Ops & management team on other management work
Directly engage, consult, and support projects with our clients
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Find and develop new markets and improving sales
Requirements
Successful Candidate Key Competencies:
Minimum to be considered for the role:
3-5 years experience with Business Development and Sales
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a project environment
Responsible to handle day-to-day performance of the Sales team, which will include outbound prospect calling, appointment scheduling, and creating sales qualified opportunities
Must be willing to work US Hours
Nice to have experiences:
Experience in analyzing and mapping business processes or functional requirements.
An undergraduate degree in a related area is preferred but not required
Experience working with WalkMe solutions or other Digital Adoption tools
Experience in formal change management, L&D, or training.
Any additional language skills could be a valuable
