Job Specifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience:
At least five (5) years of equivalent experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Market knowledge.
Time management, detail oriented and planning skills.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information in the sales/marketing filed and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
