BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
SCHEDULE: AUS Time
REQUIRED RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Maintain and manage existing clients/ accounts and execute sales objectives
Manage expectations and develop business solutions for the organization
Create effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction
Coordinate with different business units for process improvements and project planning
Monitor the progress of the company’s business development
Come up with innovative solutions for day-to-day development issues
Develop new business strategies to generate new clients
Conduct market research and analysis for products and services evaluation and identification of competitors
Resolve market challenges with targeted industries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
With at least 3 years of related working experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding presentation skills
Self-motivated and resourceful
Outgoing, positive and confident personality
Sales experience preferable
Follow a sales process and system, finding improvements where possible

Our clients need to free up time and increase their productivity with the help of awesome teams based in the Philippines. They are located in Australia, the United States, and Europe, but our night shift Digital Marketing Assistants will be working closely with US-based clients.
