Business Development Champion Agency Productivity Champion Agency Growth Champion Bionic/Hybrid Agency Model C. Agency Management Manage communication and agency relationships Oversee agency operations of the sector Conduct regular Business Review with agency leaders D. Be an Expert in Insurance & Financial Services Champion Trinity Products as the flagship products of the sector E. Champion Agency Training Train agency force to conduct & facilitate SBSG & BBSG Product positioning Utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS)/ eLearning platform F. Lead the Sector Ensuring delivery and attainment of targets Execute Company, Zone and Region's Directions MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent With at least 6 months to 1-year work experience in sales - corporate or its equivalent, preferably handling a distribution channel Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
