Drives the sales of GENESIS advisors by providing training & development support to ensure familiarity and successful application of agency tools and systems activity management, business performance reviews, and assessments to ensure successful achievement of sales and validation targets sales support in identifying and developing business opportunities through knowledge and assessment of current market conditions client engagement activities through financial wellness seminars as part of the Genesis Structured Work Systems Develops timely, relevant and innovative interventions that can positively impact recruitment and productivity levels of GENESIS advisors and leaders Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion Partners with Agency Leaders to ensure GENESIS advisor s success in the program Ensure successful client management by providing support in addressing and resolving operational dependencies Serve as subject matter expert on products, agency compensation management system, sales management and support platforms Provide analytical support in financing and compensation & rewards management and works with Finance to ensure timely and smooth administration and payout Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements MINIMUM JOB RQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any 4 or 5 college course preferably in the field of business administration, economics, business economics, industrial engineering At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of sales performance management or sales support in agency distribution channel and has good business acumen Strong background in Agency Distribution Training preferred Innovative, proactive, creative, well-organized and able to easily adapt to various technologies Strong analytical and logical reasoning; attention to details Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and leverage partners to resolve issues Great interpersonal skills, excellent public speaking, oral and written communication skills Dedication and commitment to succeed Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
