Five years managerial experience in real estate project development, planning, and project management
Strong understanding of the real estate industry
Knowledge and experience in land acquisition
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communications skills, including effective executive-level presentation
Responsible for developing and creating profitable new businesses for property development.
Will source for new real estate opportunities through property acquisition and joint ventures with other prospective investors/clients in the market.
