QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 year experience in site acquisition and expansion gained from Retail, Food (QSR), Hospitality, Shopping Center or Real Estate Development Industry Proficient in lease contract management, Real Estate acquisition Laws and Taxes Professional Skills in business communications and negotiations Strong Business Acumen and Financial Analysis Graduate of any Business or Engineering Course Adept in Site Business Development measures (Foot Traffic, Area Square Meter, City Income Class, Market Scanning, etc.) Familiarity with Business Permits, Zoning, Clearance and Licensing is an advantage JOB SUMMARY In charged of the overall development and expansion by sourcing and acquiring the finest and potential locations in accordance with the Business Unit requirements Propose and conducts trade area, site mapping activities, and sourcing (land owners, building administrator, etc.), including Land Lord/Lessor/Contract and Rates negotiations Ensures sustainability of new site based on sales projections Documents Site negotiation history, contracts and prepares acquisition report
