We are working in 70+ countries, and our service has been used by millions of travelers worldwide. We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Philippines.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or data analysis
Online travel background (GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, bus/ferry companies, TMS etc.)
Strategic business-oriented thinking based on data
Our tech stack: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Analytics, Google Docs. Previous experience would be a plus
Ability to make things happen and proactivity: close the agreements, find growth points, find solutions to increase sales and more
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Good understanding of competitors and the market of travel, ground transportation in the Philippines would be a plus
Ability to travel within the region
Previous remote work experience would be a plus
Travel experience in the Philippines region would be a plus
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, mainly with PH operators based in Luzon-NCR Manila
Update rates and schedules of PH operators
Assist with Finance on reconciliation balances/invoices, check on remaining deposits, and assist with sales estimation during peak season
Work closely with the Marketing team for Tagalog Keywords targeting local customers
Find new local operators, find new deals, and try to maximize profit for the company from current operators
Other duties as assigned
