What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a Business Development Manager with an extensive background in end-to-end sales.
We are looking for a talented, reliable and sales-driven team member who has great attention to detail, thrives on autonomy and seeks to learn. You will ultimately be responsible for driving outbound sales initiatives through identifying prospects, generating leads and closing sales deals with new customers.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Creation of lead targeting list (based on a clear target audience and parameters
Generate targeted leads
Develop a deep knowledge of the company's platform and the online business space.
Initiate contact with potential customers through social media (Linkedin), email and phone outreach.
Conduct outbound prospecting/cold calling and respond to inquiries generated through inbound leads.
Manage a pipeline of leads and sales opportunities
Educate and develop prospects, working with them through the sales process as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of the prospect in the sales CRM (Hubspot Sales).
Participate in weekly team meetings (updates/ forecasting/ training/ coaching)
About You:
Core qualifications:
Qualified 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager
Familiar with sales performance software (Hubspot, JazzHR etc.)
Experience working in a BPO outsourcing company is a plus.
Fluent in English both written and oral - Understanding US customers is key.
Highly organized with clear attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and deliverables while managing multiple requests concurrently.
Solid understanding of client pain points and business needs, with a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to problem-solving
Curiosity, self-discipline, self-motivation, and a desire to win over prospects
