The Business Development Manager's role includes developing, implementing, tracking and analyzing the performance of Origo's marketing campaigns and Marketing and Business Development Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a growth strategy focused on reaching connections in LinkedIn, Social Media, or Websites and drive qualified traffic
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns, conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Targeting the lead close rate to ensure that the number of sales opportunities are converted into customers
• Develop and maintain effective organization of responsibility, including efficient recruiting, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns, performance standards, delineation of duties and responsibilities, staffing levels and supervision,
• Manage Business Development/Marketing Team, provide effective tools and resources by developing and implementing Quality Assurance (QA) programs fostering continuous improvement and exceeding Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance
SKILLS
• Proven work experience in Marketing and/or Business Development
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, sales and marketing CRMs
• Strong analytical skill, data and results-driven
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
