They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and to help expand their clientele, specifically in the Halal market segment, both locally and overseas. Job Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitors' analysis on the Halal market segments Identify potential new market segments and customer needs Develop a growth strategy focused on both the financial gains and customers' satisfaction Plan, present and execute events, meetings and online campaigns to promote company's products and services Participate in the supply chain management of Halal-related products Participate in new products development and selection Be the liaison officer for all Halal-related matters with Halal establishments and government agencies (MUIS, Warees, etc) Ensure Company complies to all relevant Halal Certification guidelines and policies Be actively involved in industry's events, conferences and meetings Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Achievement of set budget/KPIs in area of sales, P/L, customer satisfaction index The Talent: Bachelor in business administration, sales or related field Proven working experience in a managerial capacity, as a business development, sales, operations, supply chain manager or other relevant role Excellent knowledge and network in the Halal food industry Experience in managing data analytics and financial reports Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate with senior management and shareholders A team player who can build rapport with both internal and external customer Other Information (5 days work) Mon - Fri : 8:30am to 5:30pm Location: Jurong East/ Clementi MRT Next Step Interested applicants, please send your resume in Word format to [Protected Info] with your current and expected salary.
