Consistently deliver on time, on scope & on budget deployment of the required Globe facilities across identified strategic properties and corporate accounts through thorough scoping and solid understanding of the telco requirements of the project to meet customer needs. Handles the preparation of the recommended project feasibility based on the solid and verified assumptions and ensures approval of the same.
Gather complete information on all upcoming developments of assigned Property Developers (PD) and corporate accounts to ensure timely delivery of required facilities on Day 1 of first customer. Ensures full understanding of the telco requirements of the target market of all critical developments of the assigned PD and corporate accounts. Monitors project implementation via NTG PMO team to ensure milestones are met and makes the necessary escalation to the concerned teams to meet customer requirements.
Partner with Business to ensure monetization of opportunities are realized immediately to maximize revenue opportunities in the served developments of the assigned PD and corporate accounts. Together with Business, facilitates implementation of relevant partnership models and CFU programs across assigned accounts on Day1 of move in.
Ensures execution of FTTH conversion efforts in upcoming and existing developments of strategic accounts. Ensures that long lead time requirements to serve future high growth areas of the assigned PD are coordinated with the Integrated Demand Management and Technical team way ahead of time and are in included in the build plan and budget.
Ensures completion of contracts for all telco facility builds in upcoming developments of the assigned PD and corporate accounts.
Drive technical discussion with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are master-planned, feasible, cost efficient and future proof technical solutions are in place. This shall be in collaboration with Business, NTG, PD and other stakeholders. In parallel, drive negotiation efforts with the accounts that result to least costs to Globe.
Execute strategies that facilitate and ensure the timely and effective resolution of customers' after sales concerns including post-project issues in order to foster long-term business relationship with accounts.
Develops and nurtures a strong business relationship with the assigned Property Developer and corporate accounts especially with Key Decision Makers through executing strategies for cultivating and maintaining productive working relationships with key personnel of the accounts while observing proper decorum on the job by the incumbent to project and protect the company's good image in the trade.
Ensures that his/her IDP is updated, scheduled coaching sessions are complied and identified trainings are completed on time.
Utilize and maintain prescribed systems that allow all members of the group to access relevant information to aid understanding, analysis and building the business while ensuring that all records, reports and other administrative requirements expected from the incumbent are updated, accomplished properly and submitted on time.
Maintain, protect and fully utilize all company assets assigned to the incumbent.
