Job Description and Requirements:
Business Development Executive (US Market)
• Continuously generate and pre-qualify new leads via cold calls and ensure steady growth in lead pipeline from US markets.
• Constantly outreach to prospective clients, pitch the products/solutions
• Experience working in an outsourcing/BPO company
• Experience reaching out to Directors, VP's and C level clients
• Support the Sales team in lead conversion (sales)
• Gather and report client feedbacks
• Perform other related duties as assigned the Person
• Any graduate/post graduate (Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar)
• Good communication and articulation skills
• Business and sales-driven mindset
• Over 3 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook (any other email client)
• An individual that is passionate and highly motivated to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets
• Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to archive success
Business Development Executive (Local Market)
• Continuously generate and pre-qualify new leads via cold calls and ensure steady growth in lead pipeline from Philippine Market.
• Constantly outreach to prospective clients, pitch the products/solutions
• Experience reaching out to Directors, VP's and C level clients
• Experience working in a head hunting/ recruitment company
• Experience having a face to face meeting with the local clients is a plus
• Support the Sales team in lead conversion (sales)
• Gather and report client feedbacks
• Perform other related duties as assigned the Person
 
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Any graduate/post graduate (Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar)
