Responsibilities:
1. Familiarize business and services provided by the company
2. Securing new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the operation department.
3. Conducting research, telemarketing activities and connecting with prospective clients.
4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged.
5. Suggesting upgrades or value-added services that may be of interest to clients.
6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive rates.
8. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
9. Remaining in tune with trends in 3PL services to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
10. Must be able to achieve sales targets and budget.
