Job Description:
· Responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team, and then overseeing that these targets are met.
Organization:
· Review performance, discipline and termination decisions for recommendation to the Vice President
· Undergo training and development seminars to further improve skills
· Be updated in the latest Shipping Lines market trends and business climate
· Ensure that sales entertainment expenses are within reasonable limits
· Develop customer strategies aligned to the overall goal of the Department
· Regular coordination with other Sales Managers to ensure CL product is covered in sales visit
· Establish personal contact with active and target accounts
