Needs a dynamic professional to fill in the position of:
 
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD) ASSOCIATE- SPECIAL PROJECT
 
The BD Associate on Special Projects Associate will assist the Business Development Manager in the following:
Assists the BD Manager in the research and development of programs and projects.
Provides staff support in the development, implementation, and marketing of Trade Fairs & Exhibits, Expo, and related programs/projects through the following:
Assists in planning for the conduct of Trade Fairs & Exhibits, including the preparation of related budgets
Provides secretariat support in the conduct of meetings and other activities with partners and other stakeholders
Monitors program/project revenues and expenses for cost effectiveness of program
Writes, edits and coordinates development of communications, promotional materials, and/or brochures as appropriate to the program
Collects and analyzes data, prepares scheduled and special reports, maintains program/project records and statistical information
Coordinates publicity and promo requirements
Prepares and routes contracts, MOAs and other agreements for signing
Provides staff support in the conduct of SME development and promotion activities such as "Meet the Business Legends" and related programs/projects
Assists in the sourcing of funds for various BDMSD programs/projects through sponsorships or grants
Provides staff support in the conduct of training and seminars.
Qualifications:
Degree Holder of Commerce, Liberal Arts or any related courses
Training in effective communication, marketing and promotions, event management

Demonstrate high level of openness and a Fast Learner
With excellent Communication skills (Oral, Written and Listening)
Proficient in Facilitating, Planning and Organizing events and activities

Highly motivated and a Team player
