Business Development Associate with Hindi
The successful candidate will be responsible:
Become a subject of matter expert on our business products, processes and operations.
Perform market research, feasibility and marketing studies.
Remain up to date on industry news.
Determine opportunities by analysing business needs.
Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
Review and moderate all user generated content.
Review user reports regarding website content.
Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes.
Qualifications
Languages:
High level of English
High level of Hindi
Spanish will be positively valued.
Passionate about the internet
HTML, HTML5, PHP, CSS... (Not mandatory)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Team player, detail focused and reliable
Previous experience in Customer Service tasks (not mandatory)
Previous experience in B2B tasks (not mandatory)
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
