 At least 2 years of experience as Business Development Associate or similar role
 Preferably had worked from the construction or building materials industry, but not
required
 Excellent communication in both written and verbal
 Can work with minimal supervision and with initiative and commitment
 Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
 Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
 Well organized and structured working style
 Good team player
