The Role
This sales position will play a key role in the growth, productivity and optimization of One Contact Center's Revenue Generation Organization. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and setting new prospects for an introduction call with the revenue generation team via outbound phone call, email and social media.
Responsibilities
- Initiate communication with prospect via telephone, email and social media.
- Utilize LinkedIn to Identify and contact multiple prospects within a company.
- Identify qualified prospects and uncover their challenges in customer service, sales, technical support, back office or appointment setting.
- Initiate and nurture meaningful business business discussions with prospective customers to discover key challenges that are facing with current situations.
- Making 300 to 400 outbound calls daily to Generate Qualified Sales Leads for the Revenue Generation Team (Armando)
- Build and maintain prospect relationship.
- Work as a team with Revenue Generation Department.
- Schedule Introduction and capabilities discussion with Armando.
- Achieve minimum quota in pre qualified appointments sent to Revenue Generation Team.
- Record and add new contacts into CRM, new leads, referrals.
Requirements
- Must be self motivated team player.
- Proficient with Microsoft, word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must be very familiar with Social Media Platforms commonly used for business: LinkedIn, Instagram and other similar sites.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent comprehension and listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Salary Range 20,000-35,000
