We are currently in need of an experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Synergix Cebu Team.

BDA Role Overview
Your responsibilities will revolve primarily on the following:
Learn and understand the main benefits of our Synergix E1 ERP Software.
To Eloquently pitch the Value Propositions to prospective clients
Update and Expand your assigned contact databases to reach out to more potential companies
Contacting prospective clients over the phone via an outbound call, with the aim of ultimately Setting Appointment for Sales Consultants based in Singapore.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Highly self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently with little supervision
At least 2 years of working experience in a cold-call/outbound environment.
Clear and simple spoken English.
In return you will receive the following:
Earn as much as P35,000 in a month. Highly competitive Salary package.
Basic Salary of P15,000 with Attractive Commission Tier from P2,500 to P7,500 pesos for Each additional Appointment
Company Travel Reward upon hitting the targets
Attendance incentive, minimum of P2,000 per month
Family and social friendly day time Working hours 9am-6pm (Philippine time), Monday-Friday
MaxiCare HMO after passing the probation period
Fitness, Sports and wellness activities (badminton, bowling, swimming, yoga, boxing, etc.)
Company team building activities.
Free snacks, including coffee, tea, bread, etc.
