Covatar is a US-based design studio that focuses on providing individual customers and businesses with high-quality graphic design and illustration services. We already worked with thousands of individuals across the United States and hundreds of companies, including big names such as Microsoft, Nasdaq, Workday, Spotify, and others.
Besides Covatar, we're also running two more brands Nudsey and Sketchy Business. These subsidiaries focus on graphic design for specific groups of people and businesses.
We're an international team of highly creative digital artists, graphic designers, and art directors. We love everything about graphic design and illustration - it's our bread and butter.
We're looking for our next hero, working as a business development manager and a project manager with our business customers and assisting them with their projects and orders. You'll also be handling communication with our partners, business clients across all of our projects.
Job responsibilities:
- Processing new order requests from prospective customers throughout different platforms
- Communicating with interested leads and keeping their status up to date in CRM
- Organizing and keeping track of CRM and customer information
- Invoicing customers and accepting payments. Organizing financial documents
- Communicating with customers and the production team about the project-related questions
- On-boarding new business customers
Requirements:
- Must be available to complete a written test assignment related to job requirements
- Must be able to complete English test interview via Zoom
- 3+ years experience in customer service is a must
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data
- Excellent proficiency in writing English is required
- The capability of multitasking and working on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong time management skills, excellent verbal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects
- A Bachelor degree is required
- Ability to fully commit 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
