Job Description
Join our Growing Back-Office Sales Support Team that support our Global Offices!
The Successful Hire is expected to :
Conduct extensive research
Maintenance and updating of NetSuite databases
Perform initial due diligence on prospects and clients
Preparation of NDAs
Extraction of periodic Sales reports
Contribute to the development of Sales processes, procedures and related documentation
Work directly with the Directors to provide assistance and support throughout the complete Sales cycle
Provide Implementation Support during Client Onboarding phase once Sales cycle
Qualifications

Ability to work effectively both within a team and as an individual
Excellent administrative & organisational skills
Effective document writing & computer skills (including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and NetSuite)
Strong research and analytical aptitude
Excellent communication competency
Effective time management skills
Works and Interacts with integrity in and out of the workplace with good telephone and online manners as well as cordial interpersonal skills.
Amenable to any work schedule assigned.
