JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Analyst (BDA) role is designed to support the business development and marketing organization by identifying and qualifying target accounts.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Central Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Work closely with BDRs to identify and deliver qualified leads
· Review, enrich, and validate assigned accounts from marketing to support the sales pipeline
· Prospect accounts matching the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP)
· Utilize Salesforce to assist with outbound prospecting and data analysis
· Regular data hygiene exercises performed in Salesforce to ensure a reliable database of customer and prospect information
· Perform other operational duties and one-off projects
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage
· 2+ years of relevant professional experience
· Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
· Excel experience manipulating data, including vlookup formulas
· Experience outbound prospecting into a large list of target accounts
· Measurable track record of success against target goals
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
